Your brain is always changing
Your brain is changing and it will continue to change your entire life.
Yes, your brain is aging along with the rest of your body, but that's
not all that we are talking about here. A very important thing to
realize is that your brain responds and adapts to the environment you
live in and the experiences that you have.

Thoughts are things. They are electrical and chemical activities that

We used to think that you had all the brain cells you were going to get
shortly after birth. We thought that as you aged you slowly lost brain
cells, causing an irreversible downward spiral. We now know that's not
really true.

Brain cells are lost throughout life, but recent research finds that
new ones are also created. You can maintain a healthy and vibrant brain
as long as you do what is necessary to keep those brain cells coming
and put them to proper use.

Beyond making new brain cells, making more connections between those
that you already have is also incredibly important. No matter if you

brain health as you age. You can make scientifically tested choices
everyday to improve the vitality of your brain and your odds of
staying sharp throughout life.

Like anything else in life, the sooner you get started working on your
brain fitness, the better - but it is never too late. There are simple
things that you can do on a regular basis to improve your brain today
and keep your mind sharp.

The brain is like any other 'muscle' in your body. If you nourish it,

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
